\'\'The Symbol of a new era focused on plastic.\'\' That is how the Plia chair was presented in 1967 at the Fiera del Mobile in Milan. Designed by Giancarlo Piretti for Anonima Castelli, Italy.Made from a chromed steel frame, the seat and backrest are made of transparent ABS plastic.

Fully functional an in good vintage condition, but with visible signs of age. Surface scratches present on the seat, backrest and chrome frame. Chipped plastic on one of the chairs, as shown in the photos. The folding mechanism works flawlessly.
