HOT ! Dining Table

Inspired by an early 19th-century table from Mount Lebanon, NY, our dining table honors the simple and practical carpentry of the period. It features either rounded or squared ends, a sturdy frame, and an optional drawer. Made in Bradford, VT, from solid American Cherry or Black Walnut, the legs and side skirts are crafted from single pieces of wood.

The hand-rubbed finish uses raw linseed oil on the frame and a beeswax–natural oil blend on the tabletop, making it both food-safe and zero VOC. While the hard-wax finish is softer than polyurethane sprays and lacquers, it hardens with time and allows for easy repair with simple hand sanding and re-application.

Cherry tables will darken with age as the tannins oxidize, while Walnut tables will lighten slightly.

Tables ship on a first-order, first-out basis. The current lead time for all dining tables is 7 weeks.
