HOT ! Margate Fish Fob Necklace

Inspired by the beautiful fish fountain in Dane park, this Pendant is cast from an antique seal Fob from 1871 and engraved with the word Margate on the base. It hangs on a 20” chunky belchor chain with lobster clasp and ring link. Each piece is hand made in my Margate studio and is as unique and individual as the craftsperson that made it and the customer who buys it. Skin and hair products can react, causing the  gold plating to tarnish and erode. Remove the piece before washing up, showers and bed to keep the gold plate bright. Apply perfumes, lotions and creams before you put your jewellery on. Please note that after a long period of time plating will eventually wear off.
