To mark its 140th anniversary in 1996, Eterna launched this special tribute to its design history: the Eterna 1935 ‘140 Years’ Limited Edition. The rectangular Art Deco-style dress watch is limited to 140 pieces worldwide.The striking stainless steel case measures 35 × 25 mm and houses an elegant dial with gold-coloured Arabic numerals, pointed indices and a small seconds dial at 6 o\'clock. Stylistically, it is a clear reminiscence of the 1930s: minimalist, harmonious and extremely stylish.The finely decorated hand-wound movement can be admired through the transparent case back. The engraving ‘140 Years 1856–1996’ and the limited edition number (No. 009/140) make this watch a sought-after collector\'s item.
