This is a wonderful pocket watch fob necklace made of an hallmarked English sterling silver pendant fob or medal mounted on an 18 inch long sterling silver rope chain. The watch chain ornament, fob or medal is hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1935-1936 by W. A. for William Aitken and is an ornate molded shape measuring 1.5 inches high including ring by 1 inch wide with an included shield for personalizing that has no monogram. The necklace fob is in very good +++ used vintage condition with normal wear. The entire necklace weighs 5.7 grams of sterling silver. A neat piece of nostalgia and history and are now experiencing a revival as fashion jewelry! Fob necklaces were featured in Victoria and Country Living magazines recently.
