HOT ! Norma Kamali Vintage Dress Size: 10

Vintage Norma Kamali dolman sleeve dress.  This dress features voluminous dolman sleeves with button cuff, 2 breast pockets, a nipped, pleated waist, knee length pencil skirt inverted pleat at the bottom in back for ease of movement.  Button front and hook & eye closure at the waist.   Definitely had shoulder pads, but they have been removed. 

Sized as a 10, but fabric has NO stretch and it is vintage so it will run small.  Photographed on a mannequin that measures 24\" waist and 34\" hip.   The waist of the dress is a little big but would be great with a belt and the hips fit this mannequin perfectly. Would recommend best fit for a small or US 2/4. Please check measurements.   

I measured the dress flat - Waist: 13.5\' Hips: 17\" Length: 46\". 

Pre-loved in fantastic condition. No snags, pulls or signs of wear.

No fabric tags, but research suggests it is Rayon based on the vintage label and the dry clean only instructions.
