This is an antique hall table. A Scottish, mahogany console, side table or buffet server, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1880.

• Superb example of Scottish craftsmanship, with a tasteful appearance


• Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order throughout


• Select stocks resplendent in caramel hues with fine grain interest


• Good consistent colour throughout to the wax polish finish
  


• Apex form to the low up stand, with a lobed medallion to the centre


• Generous top surface finished with a chamfered edge


• Block shoulders enclose a deep apron, with concealed drawer to the right hand side


• Standing upon tapering legs with lobed knees and twist fluting over bun feet
