Optimizing functional spaces is one of the key aspects of a dining table’s design. Mikado is the result of a quest to find a balance between functionality and stability. Alain van Havre created a design with inward flowing legs that in the center and reach their opposite corner. Interlocking like a puzzle. The Mikado dining table combines a strong character with sculptural lightness. This turned into a design that feels light and solid at the same time.
