The 3D PrintPRO 4 provides a high fume extraction and filtration rate when connected to a large enclosed 3D printer via its extraction take off point.

The system can also return the filtered clean air either back to the printer enclosure for a cleaner print area or to the operator’s breathing zone. It combines high flow rate with speed control within a compact free-standing unit.

Key features of the 3D PrintPRO 4

• 
  HEPA filter – Mini pleat design HEPA (high-efficiency particulate air) filters which are tested and certified to a minimum efficiency of 99.997% at 0.3 microns. They incorporate a series of webbing between the pleated media. This feature not only guarantees even spacing for full filter coverage between each pleat, but also alleviates the possibility of airflow vibration or collapse.

  Advanced carbon filter (ACF) technology – assures safe capture and removal of hazardous fumes. Contaminated air must remain in contact with the carbon bed for a period of time sufficient to ensure that no contaminants or odors are emitted. Our filters have been developed to capture all contaminants and odors, eliminating the risk of bypass and/or tunneling.

  Multi voltage sensing unit (MVS) – Automatically sense the local voltage and adjusts accordingly, between 90-275V.

The BOFA 3D PrintPRO 4  is a high perforamce fume extraction and filter system for use with  large enclosed 3D printers. The 3D PrintPRO 4 has the added feature of being able to return the ultra clean, filtered air either back to the printer enclosure for a cleaner print area or back in to the work place. Including 3 stage, advanced filter technology of BOFA\'s DeepPleat Pre Filter, HEPA High Efficiency Particulate Filter and Advanced Carbon Filtration for 99.997% effective filtration down to 0.3 Microns.

The BOFA 3D PrintPRO 4 is free standing and portable, allowing you to easily move it around the working area as required from printer to printer. The integrated speed control allows you to quickly adjust the PrintPro 4\'s performance to suit the 3D printer it is connected to.

All of these features, combined with a high airflow rate make the BOFA 3D PrintPRO 4 a comprehensive and effective extraction solution for almost any large scale 3D printing application.

The BOFA Print PRO 4 complies with HSE and COSHH requirements for controlling airborne contaminates in the work place.
