Maker\'s StoryDavie Ocho Candle Co Venice Beach, CaliforniaFounded 2020When David Ochoa found his profession on hold he began creating a series of unique wax wonders from his Venice Beach bungalow. Through practice and his creative nature Davie Ocho Candles Co was born. Taking inspiration from sculptural artists and a mid-century modern aesthetic, David’s candles have a southern Californian vibe burnt into their DNA. His one-of-a-kind molds are architecturally influenced with a sense of humor. Each candle is made of a blend of soy and beeswax, and are hand poured and hand painted by David in his studio.
