Detailed information on Black Wyoming Nephrite Jade Koru Necklace

The koru spiral represents new life, growth, and harmony in Māori tradition. This pendant is hand-carved from genuine jade — a stone that carries meaning as deep as its color.

Wear a piece of authentic artistry with this one-of-a-kind Wyoming nephrite jade koru pendant. Hand-carved by a New Hampshire artist, this striking black jade piece features a traditional koru design and measures 1 1/8\" in diameter. The adjustable waxed polyester cord allows for a custom fit, making it a versatile addition to any jewelry collection. Each pendant is uniquely carved, ensuring no two pieces are alike.

About the Artist: Joe Foster is a New Hampshire-based artisan who trained with master carvers in the mountains and rainforests of Aotearoa (New Zealand). His years immersed in Māori carving traditions shaped an approach rooted in reverence for natural materials — jade, shell, pearl, fossil, and stone. He sources materials from around the world and handcrafts every piece by the lake in New Hampshire. Each one is one-of-a-kind.
