• Lighter Foam. Nike ZoomX, Nike\'s  most responsive foam, just got lighter. Running from heel to toe, it unlocks even more energy return than before thanks to a slight midsole reduction, giving you a bouncy, feathery feel.
  


• Less Weight. Engineered mesh on the upper offers improved lightweight comfort while providing a more consistent fit. We reduced the size of the heel and tongue to save even more weight.
  


• Light Feel. The midsole bulge at the heel helps reduce weight on the inside of the foot and give you a more stable ride. We reduced the weight of the outsole by using a thinner rubber compared to the Vaporfly 3.
  


• What\'s New About the Vaporfly 4? Nike made minor tweaks so you can enjoy major gains. We trimmed inessential weight in the upper, midsole and outsole without sacrificing performance.
