This intricate process begins with a wax model that is sculpted, capturing every delicate detail. The wax sculpture is then encased in plaster, which is carefully prepared to withstand the heat of the molten metal. As the wax melts away, a hollow cavity is left behind, ready to receive the flowing liquid metal.
