Vintage forest green button front top by Karen Kwong for R&M Richards. Elaborate front yoke with lace, embroidery and fringe. Sleeves are 3/4 length and cuffed. Ornate buttons. Rounded hem. It does have shoulder pads that could be removed with a seam ripper. Very good overall condition. There are some subtle color changes on back of collar and fold that are barely noticeable. Fabric is 65% acetate and 35% rayon. Tag size 14. Made in the U.S.A. See measurements below as this is a vintage top and modern sizing does not apply.
