Just the thing for a compact cafe setup, this 0.8-gallon boiler accurately heats water to three different temperatures on-demand, and serves them up at the touch of a button. This means your shop could have one boiler for low-temp tea brewing (fun fact, good green tea should be brewed ~150°), coffee preparations (say 202°), and herbal tea at near-boiling in a single compact option. Better, this quick and efficient system saves energy too, thanks to its insulated atmospheric boiler design.
