Instructions for use:

Hair ~ On damp hair apply directly to scalp. Work into a lather adding water as needed and continue massaging cleanser into scalp and hair for 2-3 minutes. Rinse well and repeat if necessary. Body ~ Squeeze a generous amount onto exfoliating gloves or loofah and with large circular strokes work into a lather, rinse well and repeat if necessary. Follow with your recommended E8 body skin care regimen.
