A luxurious annual harvest of 500 kgLemongrass grown pesticide-free in the subtropical climate of Cape Sata. Fresh leaves are harvested from late May to early December and steam-distilled the same day. From winter to early spring, we use flash-frozen lemongrass to maintain the highest quality year-round.
