How to measure

Follow these steps to measure your body or an existing garment so you can choose the right size.

To measure your body

• 
  Chest: Wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits. Keep the tape level and relaxed (do not hold your breath).


• 
  Shoulders: Measure across the back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the other where the shoulder seam would sit.


• 
  Torso length: Measure from the top of the shoulder (next to the neck) down to where you want the hem to sit.


• 
  Waist / hips: Measure around your natural waist and the fullest part of your hips if you want the hem and fit at the bottom to be accurate.

To measure a flat garment (recommended)

• 
  Chest (pit to pit): Lay the tank flat and measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other; double this number to get the full chest circumference.

  Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the neck seam) down to the hem.


• 
  Shoulder width: Measure across the back from seam to seam.
