HOT ! Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged Balloon Back SOLID Mahogany Wood Wooden Side Dining Accent Chair Floral Carvings Ornate Frame

Lovely, solid wood, antique side chair salvaged from Northeastern PA. The chair is made of solid mahogany and is stained and finished (unpainted).This frame was purchased sometime back in the 1920\'s. However, the previous owner never upholstered it and left it to sit in their attic. It saw no use, and was moved from house to house eventually until we salvaged it. The frame even still had the original price tag attached (which we sadly lost in transit back to our store). The frame has plenty of carvings all over. Notice the carved floral design on the top of the backrest.Our carpenter inspected the chair from top to bottom, and didn\'t need to glue or reinforce anything as the chair is strong and sturdy.Considering its age, the chair is in great condition with only the typical nicks and scratches that you would expect to find on old, used chair. Other than a small nick on the inside of the backrest, there are no serious breaks, gouges, rot, or warp. Even the finish is in great shape. The chair is ready for another lifetime of service.
