Dyed using 100% pure indigo through an extended rope-dyeing process, the yarn develops a rich, deep blue surface while retaining a raw core—allowing for crisp, beautiful fades over time. The fabric is woven on a 1950s GL8 Toyoda Automatic Loom, which slowly and precisely beats the thick yarns, trapping air for an uneven, textured finish.
