The denim fabric is woven slowly on vintage shuttle looms—also known as “power looms”—at just 1/10 to 1/20 the speed of modern machinery. This process preserves the natural irregularities of the cotton yarn, resulting in a beautifully uneven texture with rich character.

Unaffected by trends, this is a true lifetime piece—crafted to be worn and loved for 10, even 20 years.

このデニム生地は、シャトル織機とも呼ばれる旧式の力織機でゆっくりと織られており、現代の織機の1/10〜1/20という非常に低速で織られるため、綿糸本来のムラ感が残り、良い意味での不均一な風合いが生まれます。

流行に左右されることなく、10年、20年と、まさに「一生モノ」としてお使いいただける一本に仕上がっております。

洗濯後、2〜3%の縮みが発生しますのでご留意ください。基本的には、手洗いを推奨しています。
