After countless requests, we’re excited to finally open our doors for roastery tours at our new home in the east end of Glasgow! Meet the Dear Green team, hear our story, and see firsthand how we source, roast, and taste coffee with care, sustainability, and quality at the forefront.

During your visit, you’ll explore the coffee journey — from our sourcing to the science and craft of roasting for the ultimate flavour profiles. You’ll learn, taste, and connect with the people behind the beans.

Our roastery experience lasts around 1.5 hours and is limited to 10 people, making it an intimate and immersive experience for any coffee lover.
