This collection is for bright and sweet coffee lovers and tours Hawaii through 3 different growing regions: Kona, Kaʻū & a Hawaiian coffee. Each coffee is roasted to order and comes with the roast date on the bag.

Please note: tasting notes describe natural nuances in these unflavored Hawaiian coffees.

These Hawaiian coffees are roasted medium to light to highlight the terroir (the flavors naturally imparted through the land), the farmer\'s processing practices, and the coffee varieties -- all qualities that make certain Hawaiian coffees special. This is a great gift for aficionados, specialty coffee lovers, and foodies alike.

Your purchase will contain either three (3) 4 ounce bags for a total of 12 ounces of coffee, or three (3) 10 ounce bags for a total of 30 ounces of coffee.

BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS

Recommended brewing: via filter/pour over with a rinsed paper filter. 1g medium-ground coffee to 17g of 202 F water. Add enough water to saturate all the grounds and let bloom for 30 seconds. Next, slowly pour the remainder of the water in a circular motion over the ground coffee, over the next 3:00-3:30 min. Allow to filter and enjoy.
