HOT ! Strata Bracelet

This hand fabricated sterling silver bracelet combines a two-part sculptural cuff with hand fabricated chain connections and a side hook clasp. The gently flowing form wraps around the wrist in layered bands that echo the natural rhythm of carved stone strata.

The linear surface textures are created using Mitsuro Hikime, a traditional Japanese wax technique practiced for more than a thousand years. During the process, specially prepared wax is warmed and carefully stretched by hand, allowing natural striations to develop as the material moves. After casting in sterling silver, these organic lines remain embedded in the metal, giving the bracelet its distinctive flowing character.

This bracelet can be adjusted one size larger (¾ inch) by adding links balanced on each side.
