HOT ! 抹茶 さえみどり (缶 30g) | Matcha Saemidori (Can 30g)

essence kyotoの抹茶は、まろやかな味わいの中に野生味を感じる有機抹茶です。静岡県の松下芳春さんが農薬、化学肥料を使わず育てたさえみどりの抹茶は、旨みとかすかに感じる爽やかな渋みのバランスが絶妙で、すっきりしたい時の一服としても、甘いお菓子と合わせてもお楽しみいただけます。

保管の注意点 : 開封後は冷暗所で保管し、なるべく早く召し上がってください。

点て方 : 茶杓や小さめのティースプーンに1〜2杯(2〜3g)の抹茶を、温めた碗に入れます。(あらかじめ抹茶を漉しておくと塊がなく上手に点てられます。) 70〜80°Cのお湯を70ccほど注ぎます。湯で茶筅通した茶筅をすばやく前後に振り、表面に泡ができるように点てたら出来上がりです。

Our matcha is an organic powdered green tea with a mellow taste with a hint of wild flavor. ‘Saemidori’ Matcha, grown by Yoshiharu Matsushita in Shizuoka Prefecture without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers, has an exquisite balance of ‘umami’ and refreshing astringency. You enjoy it for a refreshment, or with a sweet as well.

Haw to make : Put 1 or 2 tea-scoops (2 to 3 g) of matcha in a warmed tea bowl. (If you sieve the matcha in advance, it’s easier to dissolve it well without lumps.) Pour about 70cc of hot water at 70 to 80°C into the tea bowl. Move a warmed ’chasen’ or whisk  back and forth in the bowl quickly to dissolve the tea and make it foamy on the surface, then it\'s ready.

Precaution for storage : After opening, please store in a cool and dark place and consume as soon as possible.
