The new Mizuno ENERZY CORE material in the midsole ensures a soft landing and increased energy return.
The material is thicker under the heel and forefoot. This reduces landing pressure.
The small wave provides stability while the large wave provides guidance during the heel-to-toe transition.
This creates a smooth, floating feel during the transition.
The sole is made of blown rubber thanks to which the sole offers great grip and lasts longer.
X10 carbon rubber is added to the outside of the heel, making the shoes wear-resistant.
